Biotinyl-Glu-Thr-Pro-Asp-Cys-Phe-Trp-Lys-Tyr-Cys-Val
Dissolve in a small amount of 50% Acetinitrile in water or DMSO. Then dilute with water or any desired buffer.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
