Dissolve the content with 100-200 µl DMSO or acetonitrile. Then dilute to any desire concentration with water or buffer.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
