Rehydrate the content with 50-100 µl 60% acetonitrile in water. Then further dilute with any buffer to the desired concentration.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
