Dissolve the peptide in a small amount of 0.1% TFA in water and 60% acetonitrile. Then dilute up with any other buffer.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
