Biotinyl-Tyr-Val-Met-Gly-His-Phe-Arg-Trp-Asp-Arg-Phe-Gly
Dissolve with 10% acetonitrile with 0.1% TFA. Then dilute up with water or desired buffer.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
